Have fun playing 18 holes of golf and raising money for the AIA Northern Minnesota scholarship fund. This tournament is a four-person scramble format with a shotgun start. 

The AIA Northern Minnesota Golf Outing will be held on Thursday, July 13th, 2023, at Enger Park Golf Course (1801 W. Skyline Pkwy, Duluth, MN 55806).

All proceeds from this event go toward funding the AIA Northern Minnesota architecture education scholarships. Event is 18 holes, cart and range balls included, and 4-person scramble format. Prizes are given for putting, chipping, and marshmallow drive contests, closest to the pin, longest putt, longest drive, lowest team score, and highest team score.

General Commercial Buildings with Insulated Concrete Forms

This program is designed to give participants a general overview of building commercial buildings with Insulated Concrete Forms ICF and show the benefits that they can provide during the design and construction phase. The course will also highlight the benefits to the building occupants and owners. 

Learning Objectives:

 1) Understand the environmental design and construction benefits of utilizing an ICF regarding General Commercial Buildings.
2) Gain knowledge on various building codes and how ICFs are incorporated into these codes in regard to General Commercial Buildings. 
3) Gives the design professional an overview of how insulated concrete forms can be integrated into general commercial buildings 
4) Understand the basic installation techniques associated with General Commercial Buildings.
