Bringing together more than 2,000 architects and building industry professionals, the AIA Minnesota 2010 Convention will showcase the latest innovative design and construction industry products and services.
By investing in exhibit space, you will be able to meet with a pre-qualified audience of industry professionals looking for companies to partner with on current and future projects. Exhibit at AIA Minnesota Expo 2010 and reach your target demographic:
- Nearly 90 percent of convention attendees have buying power within their organization and 84 percent are likely to make a buying decision based on the products and services they find in the Exhibit Hall
- Four out of five attendees visiting exhibit booths at the 2009 convention used that time to learn about new products and services and half met with new suppliers
Exhibitors from 2009 had until Friday, April 30, 2010 to reserve their same booth as last year. Sales are now open to new exhibitors and booths are sold on a
first-come-first-serve basis.

Booth Space Reservations
Booths will be assigned according to the date the contract and payment is received along with the availability of unreserved space. Every effort will be made to assign an exhibitor to one of their preferred booth locations; however, we reserve the right to make final space assignments.
Please note that the floor plan is also subject to change before the convention. We will make every effort to keep assigned booths in the same location, but do reserve the right to make final space assignments.
