Bringing together more than 2,000 architects and building industry professionals, the AIA Minnesota 2011 Convention will showcase the latest innovative design and construction industry products and services.

• Nearly 90 percent of convention attendees have buying power within their organization and 84 percent are likely to make a buying decision based on the products and services they find in the Exhibit Hall
  
• Four out of five attendees visiting exhibit booths at the 2011 convention used that time to learn about new products and services and half met with new suppliers

2012 Prospectus & Exhibit Contract
To reserve a booth, you will need to download the 2012 prospectus and return your completed contract to us. Booths will be sold on a first-come-first serve basis starting May 15, 2012. If you have questions prior to this date, please contact Pam Nelson.

Booth Space Reservations

Booths will be assigned according to the date the contract and payment is received along with the availability of unreserved space. Every effort will be made to assign an exhibitor to one of their preferred booth locations; however, we reserve the right to make final space assignments.

MOVE-IN: Tuesday, November 6, 8:00AM – 3:30PM
SHOW HOURS: Tuesday, November 6, 4:30PM – 7:00PM
Wednesday, November 7, 11:15AM – 2:30PM & 3:45PM – 6:00PM
Thursday, November 8, 11:30AM – 2:00PM
MOVE-OUT: Thursday, November 8, 2:00PM – 5:00PM

2012 Online Floor Plan Coming Soon.

Please note that the floor plan is also subject to change before the convention. We will make every effort to keep assigned booths in the same location, but do reserve the right to make final space assignments.
