Allied membership is open to individuals who work in a field related to the practice of architecture. Included in this group are landscape architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, and graphic designers; professionals in government, education, industry, research, and journalism; and others who will provide a meaningful contribution by virtue of their employment, profession, or interest.Structure
AIA Minnesota is recognized throughout the nation as one of the strongest components of the AIA. Allied membership is at the local level in one of the state chapters (AIA Minneapolis, AIA St. Paul, or AIA Northern Minnesota), and at the state level (AIA Minnesota).
