Job Qualifications -Professional degree in Architecture. -6+ years experience as an intern, non-licensed, and/or licensed architectural staff. -Experience with commercial and residential projects. -Independently able to perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. -Ability to manage your own time and stay organized. -Knowledge of building products and a general knowledge of construction practices. -Knowledge of sustainable materials and best practices for energy conservation. -Highly proficient in Revit, InDesign, Enscape (or other rendering software), Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office.

Job Description -Will both lead projects and serve on project teams. -Work with a team to understand and define project requirements, goals, and timelines. -Lead pre-design concepts and schematic design processes. -Analyze code, planning, and occupancy studies to best understand and recommend design directions. -Prepare architectural drawings and models using Revit. -Work competently through DD and CD phases. -Perform tasks required for successful Construction Administration. -Provide professional architectural consultation to our clients. -Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs. -Seek opportunities to learn about new or improved techniques, procedures, and products. -Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff. -Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data. -Writes narratives, reports, and code/zoning summaries. -Assists with Quality Control reviews of reports, plans, estimates, and calculations. -Collaborate to refine internal systems.

Job Compensation and Benefits Hours of work: Full time Salary Range: 65,000 – 90,000 based upon skill set and experience.
