ATTENTION GOLF SPONSORS:
AIA Minneapolis will host this year’s AIA Minneapolis Golf Outing on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Majestic Oaks Golf Course. We expect up to 288 golfers that day. They will be divided between two courses for play. We start with a box lunch for golfers, some sponsored practice time on the putting green and driving range, a few sponsors in our starting circle, and then 18 sponsored holes of golf on each course, followed by an outdoor BBQ.Hole Sponsors: For $300 per hole, you have the opportunity to have representatives at your assigned hole(s). You need to provide your own signage at your assigned hole. Golf carts are not included. There will be an order form coming by email. Majestic Oaks will handle all orders for carts, food, beverages, tables, chairs, or tents. No outside food or beverage allowed. Limit 34 sponsors.
19th Hole Sponsor: For $500, be one of four sponsors allowed to set up in the club house circle, with the best exposure to the golfers! See all golfers at the beginning and end of the day’s golf. You need to provide you own sign. Set up early so that you can engage before the golf begins!
Signage Only Sponsors: For $200 you can promote your company with a sponsor sign placed strategically between holes or on one of the courses. This is for sponsors without attendees. You need to provide your own sign.
Drink Cart Sponsors: For $300, your company can be the exclusive drink cart sponsor with signage on the drink cart that travels throughout the course selling beverages and snacks. Signage provided by AIA Minneapolis. Limit one per course.
Putting Green Sponsor: For $500, have representatives at the putting green near registration to host a putting contest pre-golf, from 10:00am-12:00pm. Meet & greet players and donate a prize for the winner. Great chance to engage for a limited amount of time. Signage provided by AIA Minneapolis.
Driving Range Sponsor: For $500, your company can be the exclusive driving range sponsor with signage at the range to promote your company. Meet & greet players. Great opportunity to engage for a limited amount of time prior to the 12:00 golf start. Signage provided by AIA Minneapolis.
Lunch Co-Sponsor: For $750, you can be a co-sponsor for our box lunch service. Signage provided to promote your part. Company logo will appear on drink tickets.
Outdoor BBQ Sponsor: For $1800 you can host the Outdoor BBQ at the conclusion of the golf event. Meet & greet as you serve dinner to our golfers. Signage provided by AIA Minneapolis.
Dessert Sponsor: NEW
For $800, you can sponsor the dessert offered along side the BBQ dinner. Your company will be promoted with signage at the dessert table.
Cigar Sponsor: NEW
For $500, you can be our cigar sponsor on one course. You will be located at the beverage station and can engage with golfers as you offer them a cigar. Limit one sponsor per hole. Sponsor provides the cigars.
Gift Card Prize Sponsor: For $300, you can be a gift card prize sponsor, awarded to golfers. Your name will be prominently noted on sponsor signage and to the winner of the gift card.
Swag Sponsor: For $100, be the company that everyone remembers with your swag. If you have a special item to donate & distribute to our 288 golfers, contact us for approval.
