Perkins+Will is now seeking an Interior Designer for the Minneapolis location with multi-disciplinary interior project experience
Duties Include:
• Develop and prepares design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, finish selections plans, color plans and schedules, space planning, space planning analysis, area calculations and systems furniture specification
• Research manufacturers for furniture system and analysis, providing budget cost for selections and final specifications
• Demonstrates understanding of architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts
• Coordinates sub-consultant work including mechanical and electrical
• Develop and prepares presentation materials and renderings for client presentations
• Participates in site analysis, including survey of existing conditions and field measurements
• Participates in field observations and documentation analysis during construction process

Requirements:
• Professional Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program
• 4-6 years of experience
• Fundamental experience in programming, planning principles, materials and furnishings
• Proficiency in Revit, In-Design, Adobe Programs, Photoshop, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in commercial markets, i.e. corporate, healthcare, and education design
• NCIDQ Preferred
• LEED AP preferred or within 6 months of hire
