Looking for registered architect to start PT or hopefully FT soon. Ideally at an age where your interested in buying me out. I'd like to retire in 5 years and slow down during the last years. You could buy me out over a 5 to 10 year period.
There would be a probation time of 6 to 12 months to see if we get along and whether the clients like you. The practice has no value if the current clients don't like you.
I'm coming off the busiest quarter ever and it's not slowing down. I've been in private practice for over 20 years and have a long list of repeat clients. I haven't advertised in years. |
