Customer Service Representative
SECOA, a national stage equipment manufacturer/contractor with corporate headquarters
in MN, is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative with extensive knowledge of theatrical systems including, rigging, lighting, curtains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to incoming calls on all SECOA products
• Assist customers with service related issues
• Provide quotations and follow up with customers to close the sale
• Project manage orders from quoting, through order entry, engineering, manufacturing and shipping
• Networking with end users to develop new customers
Qualifications and Attributes:
• Extensive knowledge of theatrical systems including, rigging, lighting, curtains
• Results orientated: proven ability to set, meet and exceed established goals
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional relationship builder, evidenced by having a well rounded
network of industry customers
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and creative problem solver
• Self-motivated
