Provide project management to clients on unique high end designs. Skills required are a highly organized individual, great communicator, construction knowledge of building process and codes, ability to multi task and an eye for quality construction. Person will be responsible to keep projects on time, on budget, homes clean, provide conflict resolution, and manage all on site aspects of a residential construction project. Minimum of 10 years high end residential construction management experience required and 10 years of high end custom new home construction experience.
