St. Paul architectural firm seeks individual with 3 to 10 years architectural experience. Ideal candidates shall be confident in their ability and strong background in the following areas:
• A background in architectural project management of individual retail chain stores, chain restaurants and/or auto sales/service.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to travel, perform site surveys and do on-site punch-lists.
• Ability to handle fast paced schedules which require flexibility in hours of work.
Candidate responsibilities include conceptual development, construction drawings and approvals as well as daily contact w/ clients, vendors and contractors. Position to begin on contract basis w/ FT potential.
