Perkins+Will Minneapolis, an international, award-winning architectural design firm recently voted #5 Most Innovative Architectural Firm by Fast Company, is seeking an Interiors Project Architect who, will have primary leadership responsibility for managing both the client relationship and the project success, as measured in client satisfaction, work quality and profitability, as well as administers all phases of project through construction including budgeting, scheduling, planning, development and execution of technical documentation with authority to direct and monitor all activities.

Ideal Candidates will have:
· Professional degree in Architecture
· Minimum 8 years
· Experienced in all phases of project design, construction documentation, codes, specifications and and construction administration
· Strong project budgeting and contract negotiation skills
· Strong technical and detailing skills
· Strong working relationships with clients and consultants
· Fluent with Revit,MS Project, MS Office suite
· Understanding of project management process
· Ability to mentor and or coordinate work efforts of junior staff
· Collaborative and professional work ethic
· proactive, strong interpersonal skills and verbal, listening and writing skills including client presentation skills
· LEED® AP preferred
· Licensure
