DRAFTING TECHNICIAN/DESIGNER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIRMENTS
Promote the high standards of design that Ispiri strives to achieve in every project by drafting accurate plan documents in a fast paced, vivacious, design/build environment. Candidate must have a technical or architectural school degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural or construction firm setting. The candidate must enjoy drafting and working with 3D CAD technology and have a minimum of 3 years of experience drafting/designing with CAD technology, and the willingness to learn Chief Architect. Must work well in a team environment possess a high level of energy and passion for the residential building and remodeling industry. The Candidate will possess a strong background in building technology, structural systems, and construction documents with the ability to work independently and accept direction from the Team as necessary. Must be able to work an occasional night or weekend. Full time employment provided.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 yrs. (Accredited architectural drafting or design program)
Minimum 3-5 yrs experience in residential building and remodeling
