Responsibilities -Provide marketing support and assistance in the coordination of all aspects of the internal and external marketing of Cassidy Turley and its professionals in the local market -Act at liaison with corporate marketing department -Manage the company brand on all platforms including local market website, advertising, social media, and PR -Create and produce business development materials and tools, including presentations, pitches, brochures, and proposals -Create and assemble collateral materials for clients and prospects -Coordinate and assist with local events -Assist with monitoring and updating company website (including all intranet updates) -Provide PR support, including editing press releases, and tracking and running the internal approval process -Create, produce, and implement marketing campaigns for properties, including flyers, advertising, and websites Requirements -Bachelor degree -Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field -Experience in commercial real estate -Or any similar combination of education and experience -Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite -Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as advanced ability to proofread and edit -Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented If you meet the above requirements and are excited to join our growing firm, please click the following link to apply: Only applications submitted electronically will be considered.
