Job Title: Proposal/Marketing Coordinator

Description: The Proposal/Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing & Media and will work closely with the Marketing Managers and the Market Group Leaders to produce proposals and qualification submissions to support the firm’s business development efforts. The production-based, deadline-drive environment requires a marketing professional who exhibits effectiveness and efficiency in managing multiple assignments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness and flexibility to “get the job done.” Experience coordinating and writing proposals in an A/E environment, including routine and complex proposal responses is highly desirable. This position is in the firm’s Minneapolis office and offers the ability to interface with the firm’s eight other offices. For consideration, candidate must submit three items: cover letter, resume and portfolio examples to: Responsibilities •Preparing proposal materials including writing, editing, verifying and formatting proposal information that is accurate, timely and well-written •Updating proposal materials to reflect current conditions •Maintenance of databases, proposals and marketing files •Works closely with the Senior Marketing staff to maintain Cuningham Group visual and written brand identity and messaging •Assist the Marketing Leadership in collecting new information created for proposals and distributing information that can be used to improve future proposal submissions •Production of marketing collateral as needed including brochures, presentations and awards submissions •Additional support for the Marketing & Graphics team as required Skills •Willing to work as part of a team •Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a constant attention to detail •Clear verbal and written communication •Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities •Excellent organizational and project management skills •Has the ability to see the big picture and how it relates to an assigned project •Exhibits calm and grace under pressure Requirements •Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite (word, excel, power point, outlook) •Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) •Experience with Deltek Vision is highly preferred •3-5 years in the A/E industry is highly preferred •Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, English or other related field
