Description: Our corporate workplace team designs environments for some of the firm's largest clients with vast, complex real estate portfolios spanning the entire country. We are dedicated to providing flexible, thoughtful, and innovative solutions to our clients and their customers. Our work encompasses call centers, administrative sites, executive suites, innovative think tanks, and corporate headquarters. We are seeking an experienced corporate Project Manager to join our high-energy team. Responsibilities will include: • Manage client relationships • Establish and manage client expectations within the internal team • Manage staff, project scheduling, work authorization, budgeting and quality control • Lead a full-service project team by working across all aspects of the design process, including project initiation, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration • Evaluate and interpret program data to understand project requirements, client goals and culture • Hire, manage, and coordination of consultants What we're looking for: • Must possess strong customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Quality minded, confident, self-motivated individuals • Ability to understand the client’s goals and implement them in all projects • Ability to understand multiple agendas and create solutions that work for all parties • Competency to prioritize effectively and adjust work accordingly to meet deadlines • Adept at dealing with multiple projects ranging from simple to very complex • Exceptional problem solving abilities • Strong organizational skills • Detail oriented • A commitment to helping the team succeed with proven ability to effectively lead and coach • Ability to travel in the United States (5-10% travel in a year) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a commercial architecture firm • Experience working with corporate clients nationally is a strong plus • Experience maintaining a consistent extended client relationship is a strong plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Our employees enjoy respect, room to grow and the opportunity to do exceptional work and we take pride in their loyalty and dedication.
