Display Wall at International Market Square
Steve Fiskum, AIA Minnesota President and Chair of the Public Relations Task Force that met Spring 2011, presented a summary of the task force findings and highlighted how the display wall and many other promotional opportunities support the key messages for all AIA Minnesota members and firms. Beverly Hauschild-Baron, AIA Minnesota EVP, talked about our central messaging around the concepts of Advocate, Transform and Envision and how member firms can participate in the our promotional opportunities.
Firms can present their projects in an extended format (4 display boards) on a new display wall in the heavily trafficked atrium of International Market Square. For guidelines and templates, please see below.

Architectural Highlights

AIA Minnesota Firms: The AIA Minnesota office now has over 250 projects by 25 firms featured in our reception area on the digital screen. With our office positioned near the IMS entry, most everyone entering and leaving the building walks by our office. So if you haven’t already, please submit your firm’s work for electronic display.
To submit, please title your email Architectural Highlights and send images to aiamngraphics@gmail.com (max file size 10MB). Images need to be 6.75” wide by 3.75” high, low res (min 72dpi), and jpg format. Information submitted will be compiled into a spreadsheet for reference, only the firm name and project name will be displayed on the monitor. Include the following with each image: firm name, project name,
project location (city and state), client name, photo credit, and completion date.

Everyday Solutions with the StarTribune
Everyday Solutions is a monthly StarTribune feature article showcasing projects by AIA Minnesota residential architects. The articles will showcase smaller-scale projects that solve a homeowner's everday design challenge or problem. Projects should offer a clever solution, while also enhancing the beauty/utility of the home. See the first article here.
