The documents produced by the AIA are the most widely used standard form contracts in the construction industry. They facilitate communication among all the parties involved in construction, which makes it easier to produce a high quality project in a timely and economical fashion.
AIA Minnesota sells only paper documents. You can download online versions of documents at AIA National. The documents all have numbers and are arranged within the following series:

We do not accept orders over the phone. To purchase documents, please complete the Order Form and choose one of the following options:
- fax the form to our office with credit card information
- mail the form to our office with a check or credit card information
- visit our office in person and pay by cash, check or credit card
- send a courier with document order form and appropriate payment in full
If in stock, your order will be shipped to you via UPS within 2-4 business days. If we are out of stock, an order will be placed with AIA National Fulfillment Center and will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

You can also purchase the Contract Documents Software to obtain electronic versions of the documents. The AIA Contract Documents
software involves purchasing a license agreement from the AIA National
office. Three different types of licenses are offered to meet different
needs: Meter 300 License, Unlimited Annual License, and Multiseat License.
