LHB has an exciting opening for a full-time Architectural Drafter. The ideal technician must have the ability to work well with others and demonstrate a strong knowledge of Revit. This position offers an opportunity to use your design and graphics skills to contribute to interesting projects for a diverse group of clients including the government, commercial, housing, healthcare, and education sectors, while developing your technical skills. (Duluth Office or Minneapolis Office)
•Project team support in all design phases
•Assisting in developing design concepts and details
•Assisting in the development of construction documents
•Evaluating options for sustainable strategies
•Coordinate with other disciplines and team members on design tasks
•Assist in LEED and B3 documentation
•Associate’s Degree or greater
•1+ years of experience
•Proficient use of Revit
•Excellent ability to think in 3 dimensions
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative group
•Curiosity for learning, strong work ethic, creativity, initiative
Other Beneficial Qualifications:
•Hand drawing skills
•Demonstrated aptitude in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
