This full-time position offers an opportunity to use your extraordinary design, technical, and management skills to lead interesting projects with a diverse group of clients including the commercial, higher education, and multi-family housing sectors. The ideal candidate will have significant building science knowledge and experience in putting buildings together.
•Leading project design teams
•Client and consultant coordination
•Managing scope, schedule, budget for multiple projects simultaneously
•Performing construction administration
•Mentoring of emerging professionals
•Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
•Licensed to practice Architecture
•10+ years experience
•Exceptional design skills
•Thorough and well-developed knowledge of building systems and codes
•Technical expertise in construction detailing
•Construction administration experience with multiple building systems
•Understanding of sustainable design strategies
•Proficiency in Revit
•Professional verbal communication and writing skills
•Experience with specification writing
•Curiosity for learning and innovation
•Project management experience with commercial, higher education, multi-family housing sectors
•Knowledge and experience with commercial interiors/furniture systems
•LEED, B3, and Green Communities experience
