Description

Established architecture design/build firm has an immediate opening for an Interior Designer in their healthcare group. Company is currently working on a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Direct-hire position with great benefits!

**Duties**
*Create complete sets of interior design documents for healthcare construction projects – includes hospitals, ambulatory care, and medical clinics. 
*Interface daily with clients, architects, project managers, designers, and construction personnel. 
*Implement overall design plans that support the aesthetic, budget, and functionality of healthcare construction projects. 
*Participate in and/or lead design meetings, consultant meetings, and project team meetings.
*Participate in interior design code reviews. 

**Requirements**
*Interior Design or Architectural degree (Bachelors preferred). 
*3+ years of interior design experience. 
*Must have healthcare/hospitals interior design experience. 
*Revit proficiency. 
*Experience creating plans for “ground up” construction projects. 
*LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification a plus. 
*Knowledge of building regulations, FGI guidelines, and safety codes. 
*Ability to pass a drug test.
