Every project holds the potential for innovation from single family homes to 18 story mixed-use buildings. Some of our most exciting current projects include: passive homes, a carbon neutral condominium building, and a 1000-acre wilderness nature center in northern Minnesota. We are looking for an architect with 8-10 years of post-master’s degree experience. This team member will lead several of our largest projects. You must have experience in all design phases and construction administration on mid-rise buildings and highly sustainable projects.
Applicants must have the following credentials:
• A professional degree from an accredited architectural degree program.
• Must be a registered architect in the State of Minnesota.
• LEED BD+C Certified Professional
• Ideal candidates hold experience in multi-family housing.
• Responsibilities include:
o Design Team Management, including consultants.
o Working will all agencies and governing bodies related to new construction.
o Work on all phases of design and construction administration.
o Material research and specification.
o Managing project information
Must be proficient at Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Rhino, and Adobe CS. Knowledge in Microsoft Project is a plus, but not required.
