We are seeking an eager Project Architect to join our team. If you are a licensed architect with five or more years of experience in master planning and design, working in Revit, and taking projects from initial master planning through construction completion, we’d love to talk to you. The Project Architect position is a full-time, salaried role.

Primary duties include:
 Supporting Master Planning Architects in the management of projects from initial architectural development through construction completion.
 Leading a project and working as a team to coordinate all aspects of design, construction documents, and construction administration.
 Drawing development and drafting in Revit and redlining in Bluebeam. Communicating with clients, consultants, and other project partners throughout the project.
 Collaborating with in-house Construction Project Managers to track project progress in Procore.
 Reviewing and responding to shop drawings and change orders.
 Completing project closeout, including conducting final punch list.
 Mentoring and overseeing drafting staff.
 Participating in regular team meetings and events.
 Other duties in support of project and company objectives.

Your experience should include working with volunteer committees and managing commercial design and preparation of construction documents for remodeling and/or ground-up projects. If you have experience incorporating structural steel, wood frame, block, and tilt-up precast concrete, even better! Technical skill with MS Office and industry programs such as Revit and Bluebeam are required. Experience with Enscape is a bonus. You’ll rate high in our book if you demonstrate excellent communication skills, are highly organized, detail-oriented, are a self-starter people person, and like to have fun. Given the nature of the position and the project focus of the firm, the Project Architect can expect occasional evening meetings (some virtual and some in person).

The specifics: Salary range: $68,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, HSA, paid time off, life insurance, IRA with 6% match, and work from home capabilities. Our office is located in a Minneapolis, Minnesota first-ring suburb. The team is currently required to work from the office one day per week; two days is preferred.
