Project Manager Overview: As an Architectural Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of architecture projects from conception through completion. You will work closely with clients, community stakeholders, architects, and construction teams to ensure projects meet the needs of the communities they serve while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Projects include affordable housing, civic, corporate, and restaurant.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and materials to maximize community benefit.
• Coordinate with construction managers and teams to oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Navigate regulatory, zoning, and compliance issues, working closely with local authorities to ensure projects meet all legal and safety requirements.
• Foster partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other organizations to secure funding, support, and collaboration for projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting strategies as necessary to address challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure project designs are socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable, and culturally sensitive.
• Engage with community members and stakeholders through workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback, ensuring projects truly reflect and serve community needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Deep commitment to social equity and experience working on projects aimed at serving communities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.
• Experience in community engagement and participatory design processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project).
