Management of one-to-two large projects per year and several small projects simultaneously including leading an internal project team and coordination of external consultants from schematic design through project completion.
Assist with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reports (PSA, FSA, etc.) for sites and locations under consideration.
Prepare and manage architectural project budgets and consultant budgets.
Collaborate with team members in other divisions (Project Managers, Civil Managers, Development Managers) to ensure the successful outcome of all assigned projects.
Assist in the creation and development of prototypical details based on industry best-practices as well as internal preferences including constructability and desired aesthetic.
Mentor and develop talent (junior staff) – unstructured.
Four-year college degree in Architecture or Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited university architecture program
Five years experience in Architecture
Three years experience in project management and construction administration
Licensed Architect in MN or another state; preferred but not required.
LEED Accreditation preferred.
