Would you enjoy drafting high-end, custom homes? We are hiring a Lead Residential Designer for a distinguished design-build firm!

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Residential Drafter for new construction, high-end single-family homes. The Lead Residential Designer should enjoy designing / drafting the homes people live in, and positively affecting their lives through beautiful and functional designs. Join a 50-year-old firm that is the recipient of many design and construction awards. You will work alongside the owner and principal designer to bring visions to life for remodels, additions, and new construction.

What This Company Offers You:
• $30-$45/hr
• Work with custom home designs where every home is different
• The ability to work on all phases of single family residential projects
• Utilize AutoCAD to bring custom home designs to life • Create designs for homes up to $3M. 

About You:
• 5+ years of drafting experience with single family residential projects
• Associates degree in architectural drafting or bachelor’s degree in architecture
• A firm understanding of home construction and the ability to creating working drawings
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a progressive work history
• Proficient with AutoCAD software The work you do will have an immediate impact on families that occupy custom homes, and the neighborhoods they belong to.
