Request for Qualifications – Tenant Improvement Architect

The AIA Minnesota office will be relocated in summer 2026 from the Crown Roller Mill building across the river to a smaller space at Riverplace. This move reflects a shift toward hybrid work and a strategic decision to pair a more compact office footprint with access to shared meeting and gathering spaces within the Riverplace complex, supporting both staff collaboration and member engagement. AIA Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified architects to provide professional design services for a small tenant improvement (TI) project focused on the leased office space.
