Located on the southern side of Lake Harriet, this new build sits among the historic homes along Lake Harriet Parkway. The form of the house is traditional—an east gable and a west gable connected by a link, punctuated by a rooftop deck offering views of downtown Minneapolis. The exterior leans classical, featuring a stone base and primarily stucco siding accented with diamond-shaped tiles.
The main-level public spaces—the living room, dining room, “Jill’s Bar,” and a walnut-clad two-story library—are oriented toward the lake. The library is designed around an impressive vinyl collection and a custom Bocci light fixture. The home includes five fireplaces: a double-sided wood-burning fireplace between the living and dining rooms, plus four additional gas fireplaces.
Interior finishes lean more modern, with white oak flooring, white oak ceiling boards throughout much of the main level, and a staircase with metal C-channel stringers and floating wood treads. The two-story primary suite captures lake views and features a spiral staircase leading to a small office loft. There are three additional bedrooms, and the lower level includes a family room, game room, sauna, and exercise room.
The project is fully framed, with construction anticipated to be completed in November 2026.
