This program is co-sponsored by AIA Minnesota and ACEC of Minnesota

The threat of loss due to data security breaches, privacy liability and cyber liability are becoming an increasing concern to companies of all sizes and in all industries.  It may seem difficult to understand how a design firm is at risk.  Attend this seminar to learn how cyber risks can harm a design professional firm.  Learn to evaluate your firm’s exposure to both third party liability losses and first party damages such as data destruction or lost business income.  Tips on how to mitigate financial loss if a breach does occur will be presented.  Your traditional insurance policies don’t provide much protection.  This session will provide an overview of the coverage benefits and claim services available in a dedicated cyber liability policy.
