- Keynote Speaker: $3000. Your company will be showcased as the single sponsor in front of 600 attendees through signage and promotional materials. Your company name/image will be on screen at the start of the event. VIP seating is reserved for your attendees. Materials can be distributed and your company will be introduced at the start of the event.
- Member Congress Lunch: $3000. Your company will be introduced and promoted with signage and in all promotional materials to 375-400 attendees of the AIA Minnesota Annual Business meeting and luncheon on the opening day of the convention.
- Friday Leadership Luncheon: $3000. The concluding Keynote Speaker and Luncheon attracts 350+ attendees at an uplifting concluding convention event. Your company will have great exposure and recognition with signage at the luncheon as well as in all promotional materials. VIP seating for your company’s attendees is included.
- Member Reception: $3000. Your company name will be showcased on signage and promotional materials for the event at this member reception on Thursday.
- Continental Breakfast: $1500-3000. Showcase your company by providing the continental breakfast in the exhibit hall on Wednesday or Thursday morning. Prominent signage will be displayed on the buffet tables. Mingle with AIA members. New early morning hours and CE classes will drive traffic into the exhibit hall.
- Morning Coffee for Program Attendees outside the Hall: $500 per sponsor. Host the coffee and get sponsor signage. Option to have attendants at the beverage area to engage with attendees.
- Opening Night Hors d’oeuvres in the Exhibit Hall: $500 per table. Promote your company by sponsoring the Tuesday evening hors d’oeurves in the exhibit hall. Prominent signage will be displayed on the buffet tables.
- Exhibit Hall Beverage Host: $500 per table sponsor. Be the host for a time segment within the exhibit hall. Prominent signage on display at your station. Option to have attendants at the beverage area to engage with attendees.
- Lanyard Sponsor: $500 + lanyards. Provide lanyard featuring your company logo for the attendee name badges.
- Totebag Sponsor: $500 + totebags. Provide totebags featuring your company logo along with AIA Minnesota. These totes are distributed to all registered attendees.
- Bag Stuffer Items: $250 + items. Promote your company with a custom item in our 1800+ totebags, distributed to all registered attendees.
- Mailing List Rental: $75. Purchase our mailing labels to promote your product or service prior to the convention.
- “Mini Sessions” CE Education Programs: $300. Present your continuing education program in a 1-hour session in the exhibit hall classrooms. Submit proposal for committee approval.
- Booth to Booth Passport Program: $150. List your company and booth number on our passport game to drive additional traffic to your booth. This game offers only 12 exhibitors the opportunity to participate. Attendees must visit all participating booths for a stamp to be entered into the drawing for prizes.
- Mailing List Rental: No charge ($150 value). Request our mailing labels for one-time use through a third party mail house to promote your presence at the convention. Invite prospective clients, promote your booth number, introduce your products.
