AIA Minnesota is implementing the JUST program which is administrated by the International Living Future Institute. The JUST program calls for organizations to develop policies, programs, and practices that support the humane, compassionate treatment of all animals, including making plant-based food options available for catered events. This approach is also consistent with the AIA’s priority on climate focused action; eating plant-based meals can play a significant role in limiting the effects of climate change. In support of this, we encourage you to consider choosing the vegetarian option for Friday’s dinner.
