Room Reservation Information
AIA Minnesota Conference on Architecture discounted room rate is $199 plus 14.025% sales tax per night ($226.91). Discounted rate applies to overnight stays on Monday, November 13, Tuesday, November 14, and Wednesday, November 15.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm CT. Check-out is at 12:00 pm CT.
Overnight parking is available for $27 per vehicle per night. Parking charges are subject to state and local tax.
Hotel Room Reservation Process
To reserve a hotel room for one or more nights, please provided the information requested below. Following your submission, you will receive a full summary of your accommodations reservation. Approximately two weeks prior to your check-in date you will be assigned a reservation number by Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, which can be referenced at check-in.
The deadline to reserve a hotel room is Friday, October 13, 2023 at 11:59 pm CT. Any modifications to an existing reservation may be made by contacting AIA Minnesota until Friday, October 27, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT. Failure to utilize the room(s) you have reserved may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
