||We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and detailed person for the full time position of Office Administrator. This person will report to Rosemary McMonigal, and will work closely with all staff.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in an office environment, and Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are needed, as well as ability to manage short-term tasks and long term projects simultaneously. The position includes duties of receptionist, word processing, bookkeeping, social media, library, filing, and overall office management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Quicken are required. General knowledge of Photoshop, Quark and Illustrator is preferred.
