We love to work with wildly independent folks, in trusting and supportive collaboration, who possess bold vision and strong opinions. We are currently in search of a self motivated, organized and highly creative Architect with 6-8 years of experience.

This team member is expected to be competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Perform work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/ modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Independently solve problems encountered. Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.

Serve as the primary client liaison for small to mid-sized residential projects to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s delight. Must possess knowledge of architecture practice with emphasis on design, building materials, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and building costs/codes.

Provide direction to primary and developing staff. Responsible for project budget and management and cost control.
