Description
firm doing primarily residential and occasional small commercial projects located in Duluth seeking full time EXPERIENCED professional, well-versed in residential detailing and construction. Interest in very custom residential Construction Documentation a must.On site observation experience a plus. Will include roles in Schematic Design and development of design details and materials with good possibility of taking on your own regional or local projects. AutoCAD proficiency required. Revit and Sketchup also occasionally incorporated in office works. Health insurance and Simple Plan retirement plan negotiable.
Covid has changed the way firms operate- can work remotely IF NOT LOCATED IN DULUTH for most of the time however some MINIMAL in-office presence in Duluth will also be required. Architect / office liaison already present in St.Paul to ease communications. Ability to locate in Duluth a plus, of course. Lets talk about your situation and experience.
