LHB has an exciting opportunity for an Architect or soon-to-be licensed professional interested in working directly with clients in our Government Studio in Duluth, MN. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, a passion for design excellence, client service, and sustainable design. Qualified candidates must have a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, licensed to practice architecture (or demonstrated progress towards licensure), 5+ years of architectural experience, proficiency in Revit, and excellent communication skills. Ideal qualifications include: exceptional design and graphic presentation skills, experience with Municipal, State, or Federal projects and planning, LEED, Federal Guiding Principles for High Performance and Sustainable Buildings B3 Guidelines, and knowledge of specifications, building systems, and codes.
