Architect (Housing Studio)

LHB has an exciting opportunity for an Architect to join our award-winning Housing studio that works with clients to design high quality housing for residents with a variety of needs. We are seeking someone with a passion for excellence in multi-family housing design and aspirations for cost effective innovation in energy performance and resident life enrichment. Our team’s passion is to create regenerative communities through our supportive studio-based culture that foster’s curiosity and embraces diversity to build lasting relationships.
Qualified candidates must have a degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, licensure to practice architecture (or a professional goal and the ability to obtain State of Minnesota licensure), 3+ years of architectural experience and proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Ideal qualifications include: exceptional design and graphic presentation skills, project work with public funding assistance, LEED, B3, WELL, Living Building, Energy Star, PHIUS and/or similar experience, and knowledge of building systems and codes.
