Description

Architectural metal framing systems fabrication company has an opening for a Designer. Will consider all levels of experience, including entry-level. Direct-hire position with an opportunity to work on one-of-a-kind projects!

Duties: *Create 3D models for complex metal framing systems *Create detailed shop drawings *Prepare installation instructions and coordinate on-site installations *Interface with project managers, manufacturing, customers, and sales.

Requirements *2-year or 4-year degree (will consider degrees in Architecture, Architectural Drafting/Design, or Engineering) *0-5 years of experience – entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! *Strong 3D modeling experience *Rhino and/or Revit training/experience a plus *Experience (or interest) working in a design-to-fabrication environment *Ability to learn new technologies in fast-paced environment
