Description: We are a small but growing team, in need of an Architectural Designer. The ideal candidate is collaborative, technically strong, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate construction documents in Revit for commercial projects.
• Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with colleagues to refine project drawings and resolve code or technical challenges.
• Create design and construction documents from project conception through construction administration.
• Manage assigned tasks and contribute to project deliverables both independently and within a team environment.
• Work closely and daily with the project architect and/or project manager and other team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree from an accredited Architecture program; candidates pursuing licensure preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in Revit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required
• Experience with a variety of software platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu or other related programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
