JCorp Design Build
JCorp Design Build has an exciting full-time opportunity to join a creative team of architects and construction managers in our Twin Cities office. We work on a variety of project types with an emphasis on multi-family residential, but also commercial, office, religious, single family residential, and other project types. JCorp Design Build prides itself on our truly unique approach to design and construction. We are architects, builders, and developers, and we strive to simplify the design and building process so we can focus on excellent design, quality buildings, and value for our clients. Because our design, construction, and often development groups are in-house and on the same team, we can efficiently create beautiful buildings and creatively problem-solve as a team as we work toward a common goal.
We entrust team members with a high level of ownership over the design and all phases of a project, and offer hands on opportunities not only in the field of architecture, but in construction and observing real estate development of various kinds. Our firm culture values work-life balance, teamwork, integrity, and a “jump-in” attitude. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on all phases of various project types, and should possess a strong desire to work in an integrated design-build firm and a drive to develop their ability to deliver beautiful and buildable designs. Working with us, you will create schematic designs, develop the design, prepare construction documents, and participate in field observation and construction administration, as well as closely observe the project management and development of various types of projects.
