Description

Our client, a Residential company in the Twin Cities is searching for an Architectural Designer for the creation of drawing sets for custom residential projects to include single-family and multi-family residential projects. In this role, you will interface with customers, architects, builders, and developers on projects.

Responsibilities: -Produce architectural drawing sets for remodel and new construction, custom mid to high-end residential and multi-family housing projects. -Create schematic designs, design development, and construction/working drawings for projects. -Work directly with customers to customize house plan -Utilize Revit and AutoCAD -Will also produce renderings, bid sets, permit sets, material lists.

Qualifications: -3+ years’ experience in architecture with a focus on residential architecture; both single-family and multi-family housing -AAS Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design -Proficient with current versions Revit and AutoCAD -Solid working knowledge of developing details for residential architecture -Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
