Position Overview: This role requires expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce detailed construction documents for luxury custom homes. JMAD is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, but operates as a remote work office, welcoming candidates from across the United States. Key Responsibilities: • Develop precise construction documents for custom home projects • Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet client specifications • Adhere to building codes and regulations in all drafted documents. 

Requirements: • Degree in architecture • 5+ years of experience drafting high-end architectural homes • Advanced skills in AutoCAD • Strong proficiency in SketchUp • Familiarity with remote work communication tools (e.g., Zoom) • Deep understanding of building and construction practices • Highly motivated, with a self-starter attitude Compensation: Wage is dependent on experience.
