Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has a position available for a limited-term, full-time architectural intern to work on aviation architecture projects starting in May/June 2019 and ending in August/September 2019. Responsibilities include conducting research on materials and products; producing documents for all phases of design and construction; producing graphics for slideshow presentations; printing plans and specifications as well as creating PDF’s for quality reviews; and correcting red-lines.
Successful candidates must have completed at two semesters of college-level coursework in architecture.
The ideal candidate will possess any/all of the following: knowledge of BIM (Revit preferred), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and any other 3D design software; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Bluebeam and/or Acrobat Pro software.
