Description

St. Paul-based architectural and interior design firm seeking an Architectural Job Captain to work on Multi-family Housing and Senior Housing projects. As a Job Captain, you will coordinate and participate in schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration of projects.

Responsibilities: -Executing and coordinating projects within project scope, schedule, and budget -Provide input on planning, design, and coordination of projects -Production Documents through all project phases and assembly of document sets -Finished plans, specifications, and materials approval -Coordination with consultants.

Requirements: -AAS Degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture -5+ years of experience in an architectural firm setting; Must have a good amount of Multi–family Housing project experience -Has a thorough knowledge of architectural practice with experience in all phases of architecture and the ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects -Works well both independently and in a team setting -Proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office -Bluebeam and Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus -Strong communication skills
