What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be involved in leadership, client strategy, and project execution:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to lead relationships and guide project vision
-Drive business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and growth initiatives
-Lead and mentor teams, foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
-Oversee projects from kickoff through completion to ensure success across budget, schedule, and scope
-Partner with project managers to align staffing, performance, and delivery
-Navigate contract discussions, change management, and overall project financial health
-Keep projects moving forward with clarity, lead meetings, track milestones, and ensure quality outcomes
About You:
-10+ years of experience in the AEC industry
-Proven success leading or managing K-12 or higher education projects
-Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and grow relationships
-Background in architecture (licensure a plus)
-Business acumen and comfortable with strategy, resource planning, and financial oversight
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders
Compensation:
-$100,000 – $150,000 base salary (based on experience)
