Architectural Project Manager Progressive multi-dimensional St. Paul firm seeks individual with 5 to 15 years architectural experience. Qualified candidates to have an interest in architectural development in one or more of the following sectors: commercial, retail, hospitality, multi-family housing, public housing and/or auto sales/service. Education: • Minimum two-year degree in field of Architecture Skills: • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD • Background in Revit is a benefit • Interest in Project design and management • Interest in travel, performing site surveys and doing on-site punch-lists • Background in construction trades is a benefit • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented • Hardworking and adept at balancing multiple priorities • Able to work independently and within a team environment • A good communicator and problem-solver Responsibilities: • Management of small to mid-sized projects • Oversight of small project team when required • Communication with Client • Due diligence including code review and discussion of projects with local jurisdictions • Development of conceptual drawings for Client approvals • Development of construction drawings for bidding • Coordination of approval process • Construction administration and coordination w/ construction To apply, please send your resume to: Attn: Drew Magnuson Email: drew@finn-daniels.com
