Finn Daniels Architects – Current Job Postings Architectural Project Manager

Progressive multi-dimensional St. Paul firm seeks individual with 10+ years architectural experience. Project work to include management of small to midsize public projects. Project work requires work in all phases and leans heavily in the construction administration phase. If you are a detail oriented person who has a calling to work on projects that have an impact and better the living environment of others, this position will provide those benefits.

Education: • Minimum two-year degree in field of Architecture Skills: • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD • Background in Revit is a benefit but not required • Project Management of small to midsize projects • Background and familiarity with specification writing • Interest in regional travel, performing site surveys and doing on-site construction administration • Background in construction trades is a benefit • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented • Hardworking and adept at balancing multiple priorities • Able to work independently and within a team environment • A good communicator and problem-solver. 

Responsibilities: • Management of small to mid-sized projects • Oversight of small project team when required • Communication with Client • Due diligence including code review and discussion of projects with local jurisdictions • Development of conceptual drawings for Client approvals • Development of construction drawings for bidding • Development of Project Manuals and Specifications for bidding • Construction administration and coordination w/ construction Work Location: • Flexible for office, remote and hybrid options.
