DESCRIPTION: The Architectural Renderer will work with our Design Team and Construction. Team to develop design solutions as well as ensure that proposed designs are reproduced accurately and effectively.

Position Duties and Responsibilities: Participation in all phases of the design process. Produce graphic presentations and 3D renderings. Collaborate with the Design Team, Construction Team, architects, fabricators and vendors to meet overall project objectives. Work closely with the Design Team and Construction Team to plan and visualize construction projects. Assist the Construction Team in the initial space planning and programming phases of each project.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 2-5 years of experience. Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software such as CAD, Revit, Octane, 3dViz, 3ds MAX, and/or Rhino utilizing V-Ray Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp Excellent communication skills via email and in-person. Motivated and self-directed mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, proactively find solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
