Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Draftsperson to join our Architectural team. In this role, you’ll transform design concepts into architectural and construction drawings using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, project managers, estimators, engineers, contractors and clients to support all phases of project development—from concept through construction documents and construction. Key Responsibilities

Create accurate technical drawings and designs
Support design development and presentation materials
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
Review submittals
Report to Director of Architecture

Qualifications

5-10 Years relevant experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a rigorous environment
Excellent technical skills
Knowledge of building codes, materials, building systems
Excellent time management
Strong communication skills: graphic, written and verbal
Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite
