Description

SALA Architects is looking for a talented design professional and ArchiCAD BIM manager with keen design and graphic sensibilities, clear and confident communication, resourceful curiosity, and a collaborative nature.

You have strong and adaptable computer skills and intermediate knowledge of construction assemblies and details, with a particular emphasis toward wood-frame construction. As an Associate, your role is contributing to the design, development and documentation of mostly single-family custom homes, retreats and renovations. Because our clients are most often the end user, our creative process is an intimate and tailored exploration resulting in design that elevates daily life. Like many of our projects, our internal project teams are small, necessitating a holistic design methodology and efficient production. ArchiCAD BIM software experience is required.

As BIM Manager, your responsibilities include leading monthly in-house user-group meetings, tracking and implementing software updates, and supporting existing users and training new. We are fortunate to have a well-developed template and in-house IT support.
